When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, email, message and optionally your phone number. I use these details to answer your question.

For an order, I collect your full name, phone, delivery address, selected courier and payment method. Email is optional. I use these details to confirm and fulfil the order. The address and necessary delivery details are provided to the selected courier when the order is shipped.

Who can see the details?

Enquiries and orders are stored in the website database and are accessible through the protected OTTO Vintage Cards administration panel. They are not published in the catalogue or used for marketing messages.

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies to protect forms, keep your basket, sign in the administrator and remember your language preference. There are no advertising or analytics trackers. Images and fonts are served by this website.
